At Vego Garden, we stand behind the durability and quality of our modular garden beds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your garden beds and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Once your return is authorized, print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
